WHAT ARE CHIROMART UK MODES OF PAYMENT?
- Cheque or postal orders.
- BACS transfers to our business bank account, by arrangement.
- Cash payments. Either in person or by Royal Mail Special Delivery or authorised courier.
We regret that at present we cannot accept Credit/Debit cards.
Leasing, finance and payment instalment plans are not available.
DOES CHIROMART UK CHARGE VAT?
Chiromart UK are currently not in status to charge VAT on the sale of goods. This situation may change at anytime and invoicing may be amended accordingly.
WHAT ARE THE MODES OF SHIPPING?
We ship to UK Mainland, Northern Ireland and Eire only. No exportation.
Relative charges will apply.
- Light weight orders, up to 30 kg maximum, are shipped via Royal Mail Parcel Force.
- Heavy weight and bulky orders are shipped by pallet. Door step delivery & drop off only.
- Heavy weight, bulky orders and precious loads can be personally delivered by company van or vehicle. (Home Counties only) .

PORTABLE APPLIANCE TESTING, (PAT TEST)?
Chiromart UK undertake electrical performance, function and safety tests, commonly known as 'PAT testing', on relevant goods, as supplied to the customer, in order to meet with current Health and Safety requirements. All items will be labelled and supplied with a report sheet/certification showing results and a pass, valid for up to one year upon issue.
