Terms & Conditions

PRICES

All prices exclude VAT, which will be added at the current rate if applicable.

We reserve the right to amend prices without prior notice and goods will be invoiced at the trading price on the date of supply.

SETTLEMENT

Normal trading terms are 100% payment with order.

Account customers may settle outstanding balance payments on terms net 7 days, from date of invoice.

DEPOSIT

A 50% securing deposit on goods is accepted, by prior agreement, toward any compilation order, with 14 days terms net balance, payable in full, before dispatch or supply.

DELIVERY, PACKING & HANDLING

Please allow maximum 28 days after payment received.

Charges for the above may be made with a second invoice, if not included with the original invoice.

Delivery, packing & handling invoices must be settled by return.

NON - RECEIPT

Non - receipt of goods must be advised of within 3 working days after dispatch of goods order.

CLAIMS

Claims for shortage, damage in transit, breakage or non-performance must be made within 7 days of receipt of product.

RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUND OF GOODS

• All goods returned must be by prior agreement and arrangement. All original invoices must be returned. All goods lost or damaged in transit whilst being returned by customers to Chiromart UK cannot be credited.
• Subject to the above conditions, Chiromart UK will accept for credit at a sum equal to that to which the customer paid for the goods, but not including customer return carriage, other than for reasons specified in the CLAIMS clause.
• A 10% handling/administration charge, to the original value of the goods by Chiromart UK will be made for any goods returned for reasons other than those specified in the CLAIMS clause.
• Exchange of goods to the original value will be made, minus the 10% handling/administration charge. Type or model of goods may vary, but will be deemed commensurate in value and function.
• If exchange items cannot be supplied or an agreed credit made, a full refund will be offered.

TITLE

The title in property supplied by Chiromart UK shall remain invested in Chiromart UK, until all payments whether transactory or secondary, (including any incidental banking transfer charges), have been received in full.
